Retiring at 60 years of age, does it make sense? In the photovoltaic industry NO!!

My work experience before entering the photovoltaic energy industry was in the oil company of my country Venezuela, named PDVSA.

In general, when workers retired, they had not yet finished the first year of their retirement and many failed, perhaps due to depression, mistakenly thinking that they were no longer useful or productive and not knowing what to do with their lives.

In the burgeoning photovoltaic industry, 60 years can be a good and successful start. A true second chance. What is most valued is the aptitude for work, discipline, meeting schedules, doing the tasks entrusted to them and always being willing to learn.

In this business the old do not exist. There are no old or elderly men or women.

Too many job opportunities and not enough workers to fill them.

Nor is it a job for a particular profession. Everyone will always be welcome.

I invite you to cheer up and rethink that there is still much to do. It is a way, of course, not the only one but one of them.

It's with you... What are you waiting for to join the world of photovoltaic energies?
