Currently in the US, millions of low-power solar panels (less than 300 watts) will be phased out and replaced by state-of-the-art solar panels.

The old panels, with a useful life of more than 20 years, but because they work at a power for which they were designed, and today are being surpassed by new technology panels that have achieved greater production, and nobody wants the old panels and they do not know what to do with them, they are taken to recyclers to be crushed, and then the by-products such as glass, aluminum and other components are sold separately.

While this holocaust of solar panels occurs, in other words, this panelicide, millions of people in the world do not have access to electricity to cover their basic needs. Where a single panel of those that are currently sacrificed generates enough electricity to guarantee interior lighting and the operation of basic appliances to function.
