5 Megawatts Mini-Networks to make 5,000 homes independent of the public electricity system

A solar farm or plant that prouces 5 Megawatts can power 5 thousand homes (24 hours x 7 days), if these homes have at least 1 Kilowatts of energy storage per house. A proposal that would work autonomously, without connection to the public electricity supply network.

A solar farm or plant with an installed power of 5 Megawatts (5,000 Kilowatts), can be built today, with new solar panel technologies, on a 10-hectare plot of land, and could function as a Mini-Grid, feeding 24 hours a day. day to 5 thousand families, as long as you are, that is, that each home individually has energy storage of at least 1 Kilowatt. They would be niches of autonomous production and consumption of electrical energy.

In a scenario of 4 or 5 hours of maximum solar irradiation, that is, the peak hours where the solar panels of the farm receive the greatest irradiation, and in turn they generate the total power for which they were designed, together it would be generated during those hours between 20 to 25 Megawatts, enough to be able to store it in each house and thus have that energy for the hours of non-sunlight, and enough to function during the day, with all appliances at full use.

A 5 Megawatt Mini-Grid for 5,000 homes in 10 hectares, with individual storage in each home of at least 1 Kilowatt. It is a simple, practical and supremely far-reaching proposal.

We have everything to be happy!!
